The building maintenance service, in terms of maintaining all shared systems in the building, cleaning of snow and all common areas, along with the front desk service, will be provided by a single company.

At the entrance to the building at the front desk level, a ski room is provided for all tenants.

All owners are provided with the apartment rental service.

The comfortable garage with four levels and 104 parking spaces is closed and remote controlled. The garage is accessed without a car lift or platforms, while a car lift is provided for one part of the garage. Good lighting with a sensor light and a full system of ventilation and removal of carbon monoxide with a detection system and a sprinkler system for extinguishing fires. The garage is designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and safety.
